Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Audit Senior to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading audit engagements for a diverse portfolio of clients, including high net worth individuals, non-profits, and private companies across various industries. The Audit Senior will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance, providing assurance services, and delivering exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities

Lead audit engagements from planning to completion, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and standards.
Prepare and review financial statements and tax returns for high net worth individuals and entities.
Supervise and mentor junior staff, providing guidance and training on audit procedures and best practices.
Conduct risk assessments and develop audit strategies tailored to clients' specific needs.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their business operations and address any concerns or inquiries.
Prepare detailed reports on audit findings and present them to clients, including recommendations for improvements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
CPA certification is required.
Minimum of 3-5 years of public accounting experience, with a focus on audit.
Strong knowledge of tax regulations and experience with tax returns for high net worth clients.
Experience working with non-profit organizations and private companies in various sectors, including construction, manufacturing, and real estate.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
