Job Description
We are seeking a professional to join our growing engineering team. The ideal candidates will participate in and contribute to a diverse range of engineering projects and services in our team-oriented environment. The Civil Site Department Manager will provide direction and expertise on Land Development, and other engineering projects. The candidate will provide training and mentorship to the junior engineering staff. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing technical solutions for a wide range of projects through the application of engineering knowledge and skills to support permitting and compliance needs for a diverse client base.
As a Civil Site Department Manager, your responsibilities would include overseeing and coordinating the activities of the civil engineering department. This involves managing projects, ensuring adherence to regulations, supervising staff, and collaborating with other departments. Strong leadership, project management, and technical skills are essential for success in this role.
