Traveling Superintendent - Retail
We are a well-established commercial GC based out of Pennsylvania that focuses on commercial/retail! We are actively looking for a Traveling Superintendent to work on one of our largest contracts.
Must reside within approximately 100 miles of Pittsburgh, PA.

What you'll be doing:
- Manage all aspects of construction retail projects
- Adherence to project budget & timelines
- Coordinate with subs & other stakeholders
- Consistent site inspections to monitor quality & progress
- Ensure safety compliance
- Maintain & prep project documentation
- Work closely with PMs and other team members
What you need:
- 5+ years Superintendent experience
- Experience with ground up & open store remodels
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Must have retail project experience
- Experience on projects $1M+
- Ability to travel to jobsites
