We are seeking a passionate and experienced Traveling Superintendent to join our team and oversee the seamless execution of groundbreaking projects. From industrial manufacturing to food processing facilities, your leadership will ensure that every detail exceeds expectations.

What You'll Do

As Traveling Superintendent, you'll lead on-site field operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards. Key responsibilities include:

Relocating to various job sites nationwide for short- and long-term assignments.
Planning, scheduling, and coordinating project activities.
Establishing and maintaining a culture of safety.
Supervising subcontractors and field personnel while fostering collaboration.
Interpreting construction documents to ensure compliance with plans and specifications.
Managing quality control and project documentation.
Resolving construction challenges and collaborating with management teams to meet deadlines.

What You Bring

5+ years' experience in a Lead Superintendent role.
Expertise in food processing, cold storage, and/or industrial manufacturing (3+ years).
Familiarity with building parking structures is preferred (5+ years).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Procore.
Strong ability to lead, communicate, and collaborate with diverse teams.
Willingness to travel or relocate as required for projects.
