What You Will Be Doing

The Superintendent will provide overall leadership for on-site field administration, supervision and technical management for a construction project's operations, including but not limited to direct supervision of foremen, trades, vendors and other construction-related personnel.

What You Need for this Position

Technical college degree or equivalent required.
At least five (5) to ten (10) years of construction-related experience.
At least three (3) to five (5) years of experience working on multifamily projects preferred.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and understand specifications.
Ability to communicate effectively.
Relevant trade experience required.
Completion of OSHA 10-hour/30-hour Safety Course & current First Aid/CPR certification required.
