Senior Electrical Engineer

Location: Phoenix, AZ OR in the DFW, TX area

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in electrical design and the ability to lead complex projects. This role focuses on developing innovative electrical solutions and improving our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop electrical systems and components for various projects.
Lead the electrical engineering efforts for manufacturing operations, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate electrical designs with mechanical and software specifications.
Perform detailed analyses of electrical systems, including switch gear and PLC configurations.
Provide technical support during the manufacturing process, troubleshooting and resolving electrical issues as they arise.
Review and approve engineering drawings and specifications to ensure they meet project requirements.
Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies to continuously improve electrical designs.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
7+ years of experience in electrical design, particularly in manufacturing settings.
Strong knowledge of low and medium-voltage switchgear and PLC
Proficiency in CAD software for electrical design.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
