Hourly Rate: $90-$120 / Hour

We are the world's largest AI Healthcare platform. Our software is used to advance and improve the healthcare system by making sense of complex data so providers can answer their most challenging questions.

We are currently hiring for a Senior Data Scientist to work on a 3-6 Month contract but could be longer. This person will work 100% remote. The Senior Data Scientist will work with the data, product and business teams to analyze user behaviors and provide recommendations.

What You Will Be Doing

Generative AI Model Assessment and Deployment: Design, implement, and analyze evaluation frameworks for generative AI models, especially within AWS Bedrock. This includes performance benchmarking, creating testing harnesses, and preparing regression datasets.
Enhancing Data Pipelines: Facilitate the shift from ETL to ELT data workflows, establish monitoring systems, and produce performance analytics to inform data-driven decisions.
ROI Analysis and Product Impact: Perform retrospective evaluations of AI implementation effectiveness, conduct quantitative analyses of user experience impacts, and create metrics to guide feature release decisions.

What You Need for this Position

5+ years as a Data Scientist
AWS
Python and SQL
Experience leveraging statistics/econometrics with the direct business application (Prediction, Forecasting, Inference)
Experience with AI model evaluation and implementation
Healthcare experience is a plus but not required
ETL / Tableau / Snowflake
PhD or Masters in a quantitative discipline: Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Operations Research, Engineering
