Position Overview

We seek a Project Analyst to join our case teams, supporting Managers and Senior Managers in delivering exceptional service. The ideal candidate is a proactive, solution-oriented team player with strong communication skills, capable of managing budgets, meeting deadlines, and thriving in a fast-paced environment. The Analyst will uphold our values, collaborating effectively in both in-person and remote settings to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Project Management: Manage a full caseload, proactively identify issues, and collaborate with leadership to develop mitigation strategies.
  • Project Execution: Oversee cases to meet project requirements, deadlines, and budget constraints while maintaining top-quality standards. Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for seamless case management.
  • Research & Communication: Address escalated claim inquiries, communicate findings to stakeholders, and propose process improvements to enhance efficiency.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Review project reports for accuracy, identify case issues, and assist in developing business rules for claims processing and payments, ensuring compliance with service agreements.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
  • Minimum 2 years of direct client/customer-facing experience.
  • Experience in legal, financial, or service industries strongly preferred.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to excel in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment.
  • High proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel; familiarity with data management concepts a plus.
