Hospitality Project Manager

Position Overview
The Hospitality Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of hospitality construction projects. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the planning and implementation of hospitality construction projects
Coordinate with architects, contractors, and stakeholders
Manage project budgets and schedules
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and quality
Facilitate communication between project teams and clients
Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in hospitality construction project management
Demonstrated experience in high-rise residential projects is a plus
PMP certification is preferred
