Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects in commercial, healthcare, and educational sectors. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while maintaining strong communication with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
Develop comprehensive project plans that outline tasks, resources, and timelines.
Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
Conduct regular meetings with team members and stakeholders to provide updates and resolve issues.
Manage project budgets, including monitoring expenditures and ensuring financial accountability.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Project Manager in commercial, healthcare, and educational construction projects.
Strong understanding of construction processes and regulations.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
Familiarity with project management software and tools.
