Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to oversee and coordinate construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering and project management, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure alignment on project goals and specifications.
Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as needed to ensure successful completion.
Conduct regular site visits to assess project status and address any issues that arise.
Prepare and present reports on project status to stakeholders and senior management.

Qualifications

5+ Years of experience as a Project Manager in the civil construction industry.
Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
