We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing electrical construction projects, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Scheduling: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
Budget Management: Create and manage project budgets, ensuring all expenses are accounted for and projects remain within financial constraints.
Team Coordination: Oversee the work of the construction team, including electricians, site supervisors, and subcontractors.
Quality Control: Ensure all work meets required standards and specifications through regular site inspections and addressing any issues promptly.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any concerns.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all work complies with local, state, and federal regulations, including obtaining necessary permits and adhering to safety standards.
Problem-Solving: Address any issues that arise during the project, ensuring smooth progress.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. (Preferred)
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the electrical construction industry.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems and construction processes.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
PMP certification is a plus.
