Your Role

As a Project Manager, you will oversee commercial construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will manage both ground-up and renovation projects ranging from $10 million to $50 million and beyond, working closely with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to drive success.

What You Will Do

Lead and manage construction projects from inception to completion
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, budgets, and schedules
Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure alignment
Oversee ground-up and renovation projects across Indiana
Work closely with preconstruction teams to refine estimates and project scopes
Provide leadership and direction to on-site teams, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency
Monitor project progress, budgets, and schedules, making adjustments as needed

What We Are Looking For

Five or more years of experience as a Commercial Project Manager
Proven success managing projects in manufacturing, distribution, office, or commercial sectors (preferred)
Strong knowledge of construction processes, budgeting, and scheduling
Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills
Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field (preferred)
