Project Manager

We're a local leader in industrial contracting including but not limited to add-on construction, updates & upgrades, maintenance & repair, and structural construction. Our main office is in Virginia where we have multiple sites, and another in North Carolina. For over 40 years we've worked on industrial plants and sites throughout the southeast US. Some of our longstanding partner clients include DuPont and Gerdau Petersburg among others. We're growing across markets and looking for an experienced Estimator to join our team!

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage construction projects from initiation to completion in a new expansion market.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project alignment.
Develop project plans, including timelines and budgets, and monitor progress against these plans.
Manage project resources, including labor, materials, and equipment.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders and senior management.
Facilitate effective communication among all project team members and stakeholders.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, particularly in industrial projects.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and best practices.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Familiarity with project management software and tools.
