In this role, you will oversee all aspects of the project, from budgeting and timelines to health and safety regulations and quality control. You must be detail-oriented and have excellent communication and organizational skills.

What You Will Be Doing

- Responsible for all aspects of a project from concept to completion
- Developing and managing project plans, budgets, and timelines, as well as working with subcontractors and other stakeholders to ensure a successful project

What You Need for this Position

Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the field of GC Construction:
- Experience with a general contractor working on healthcare, industrial, or federal projects
- You must be highly organized and have excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience with handling subcontractors
- Experience in MS Projects, ProCore, BlueBeam, Primavera P6, Sage, DocuSign, and MS Office
