Production Supervisor

Position Overview
The Production Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of the manufacturing floor, ensuring that production targets are met while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. The ideal candidate will implement Lean Manufacturing principles to optimize processes and improve efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate the activities of the production team to ensure efficient operation of the manufacturing process.
Implement and maintain Lean Manufacturing principles to reduce waste and enhance productivity.
Monitor production schedules and adjust as necessary to meet changing demands.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the production process.
Conduct regular training and development for team members on CNC machining and manufacturing systems.
Analyze production metrics and provide reports to management for decision-making.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
Proven experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment.
Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles and practices.
Experience with CNC machine tool systems and CNC programming.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
