Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Production Engineer to optimize and enhance our manufacturing processes. This role involves analyzing production workflows, implementing process improvements, and ensuring that all operations align with safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in boosting efficiency and productivity while maintaining the highest quality of our products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and improve manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Implement Lean Manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies to drive process improvements.
  • Oversee quality control measures to ensure products meet safety and quality standards.
  • Plan and coordinate production schedules to maximize output and minimize downtime.
  • Conduct equipment maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure optimal operating conditions.
  • Perform Root Cause Analysis to identify and resolve production issues effectively.
  • Manage projects related to production enhancements and automation initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on production goals and strategies.
  • Utilize CAD software for designing production layouts and workflows.
  • Maintain and optimize the ERP system for effective production planning and inventory management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in electrical or mechanical manufacturing
  • Strong understanding of Process Improvement, Lean Manufacturing, and Six Sigma principles.
  • Familiarity with Production Planning techniques and equipment maintenance strategies.
  • Proficient in Root Cause Analysis and problem-solving methodologies.
  • Knowledge of Automation technologies and their application in manufacturing.
  • Proficiency in CAD software (Solidworks, Corel Draw) and ERP systems 
  • Understanding of Industrial Control Systems, PLCs, HMIs
