An established and growing law firm is seeking a Partner with substantial experience in Corporate/M&A, Employment Law, or Commercial Litigation in Denver, CO. Ideal candidates will have a portable book of business over 500k+.
Offer:
Salary range $150,000-$250,000+
Flexible hybrid work environment (2-3 days onsite)

Qualifications:
Juris Doctorate (JD) and active Colorado Bar membership (or eligibility for reciprocity)
8+ years of experience in Corporate/M&A, Employment Law, or Commercial Litigation
Demonstrated ability to generate or manage client relationships
Portable book of business (500k+)
Responsibilities:
Leading client engagements in Corporate, Employment, or Litigation matters
Developing and maintaining client relationships
Overseeing case strategy, filings, and negotiation or litigation proceedings
Mentoring associates and contributing to firm leadership
Meeting billable hour goals while contributing to firm growth and culture
