Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Operations Manager to oversee and enhance our operational processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and driving efficiency in our HVAC, plumbing, and electrical service operations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily operations of the HVAC, plumbing, and electrical service departments
Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and customer service
Oversee hiring, training, and development of staff to ensure a high-performing team
Monitor revenue performance and implement strategies to meet financial goals
Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain satisfaction
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
Collaborate with other departments to align operational goals with overall business objectives

Qualifications

Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar role in the residential services industry
Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Demonstrated ability to train and develop staff
Solid understanding of revenue management and operational oversight
Exceptional customer service skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
