What You Will Be Doing

- Responsible for finding net new clients while growing our existing client-base
- Establishing new industry partnerships and expand current partners
- Collaborate with the design team to identity all needs, offer assistance, and develop solutions that are customized to each client
- Oversee installation from design to implementation and engaging in post-sale management
- Ensure our vision to provide the most innovative solutions to our clients is upheld

What You Need for this Position

A bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Civil Engineering is preferred, and at least 10 years of industry experience/knowledge of:
- 5+ Years of management experience
- Experience working for a mechanical contractor or design-build firm
- Background in mechanical, plumbing, and fire protection
- LEED certification preferred
