Maintenance Manager
Position Overview
The Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing the maintenance operations within the facility. This role involves ensuring that all machinery and equipment are running efficiently, minimizing downtime, and implementing preventative maintenance programs to prolong asset life.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement maintenance procedures and schedules for all equipment and machinery.
- Lead and manage the maintenance team, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and compliance with safety standards.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify potential issues and areas for improvement.
- Coordinate with production teams to schedule maintenance activities that minimize operational disruptions.
- Manage maintenance budgets and track expenses to ensure cost-effective operations.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all maintenance activities.
- Oversee the procurement of maintenance supplies and spare parts.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Manager or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of maintenance processes and techniques, especially in MEP, extrusion, and injection molding operations.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in using maintenance management software and tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
