Bookkeeper

Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to manage our financial records and ensure accuracy in our accounting processes. The ideal candidate will support our financial operations by maintaining accurate records, processing invoices, and managing accounts payable and receivable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers
  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Reconcile bank statements and financial accounts
  • Prepare financial reports and summaries
  • Assist with the preparation of budgets and forecasts
  • Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations
  • Provide general office support as needed
  • Collaborate with team members to improve accounting processes
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
  • Strong knowledge of general accounting principles
  • Familiarity with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
