Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Service Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing service operations, managing a team of technicians, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective troubleshooting and support. This role involves a high volume of service calls, providing technical guidance, and collaborating with the marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage Service Operations: Oversee daily service operations, ensuring timely and efficient handling of service calls.
Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of service technicians, ensuring high performance and adherence to company standards.
Troubleshooting: Provide expert troubleshooting support over the phone to resolve customer issues promptly.

Marketing Collaboration: Advise and collaborate with the marketing team to improve service offerings and customer outreach.
