Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations and ensure effective management of all departments
Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency
Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting
Lead and mentor team members, fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence
Monitor industry trends and implement innovative solutions in sheet metal and roofing
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
Establish and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders
Identify growth opportunities within the sheet metal and roofing sectors.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a General Manager or in other managerial roles
Strong knowledge of sheet metal operations and techniques
Experience in roofing, commercial roofing, or related fields is a plus
Excellent leadership and organizational skills
Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
