Electrical Construction Project Manager

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage electrical construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while also maintaining safety and compliance with industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage electrical construction projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
Review and approve project plans, specifications, and drawings, ensuring compliance with NEC and NFPA70E standards.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and enforce safety regulations.
Prepare project estimates and bids, providing accurate cost assessments and financial forecasting.
Utilize Building Information Modeling (BIM) technologies to enhance project planning and execution.
Facilitate communication and collaboration among project team members and clients.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical construction project management.
PMP Certification is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of electrical codes and standards, including NEC and NFPA70E.
Proficient in project management software and BIM technologies.
Excellent estimation and budgeting skills.
Strong leadership and communication abilities.
