Established (15+ Years) Full Service Real Estate Company Seeking Director of Operations in NYC (Flatiron District)
An established real estate investment and management company based in NYC with over 15 years in business is seeking a Director of Operations with 7+ years of experience to oversee its daily operations and strategic initiatives. This is an in-office (4 days per week in the Flatiron district) leadership role that requires experience in real estate investment and property management operations.
Offer:
Salary up to $200,000, contingent on experience
Bonus up to 10%
Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance

Qualifications:
7+ years of experience in real estate investment and property management operations
Strong leadership and strategic planning skills
Experience optimizing business processes and managing cross-functional teams
Financial acumen and ability to manage budgets and operational costs
Proven ability to implement systems that enhance efficiency and scalability
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations and ensure business processes run smoothly
Develop and implement strategic plans to improve efficiency and profitability
Manage and lead teams across multiple departments
Monitor financial performance and optimize budget allocation
Drive operational improvements and streamline workflows
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
