Position Overview
The Data Center Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of data center projects, ensuring they meet organizational goals and are completed on time and within budget. This position requires strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of mission-critical infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage multiple data center projects from initiation to completion.
Coordinate with various stakeholders, including engineering, construction, and IT teams, to ensure project alignment.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts.
Conduct regular project meetings to track progress, address issues, and report on project status.
Ensure compliance with safety and building regulations during construction phases.
Oversee the installation and commissioning of HVAC and mechanical systems in data centers.
Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts as needed.
Implement best practices in project management and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in project management within the data center, commercial, or construction industries.
Strong knowledge of HVAC and mechanical systems relevant to data center operations.
Experience with scheduling and forecasting for large-scale projects.
Familiarity with mission-critical infrastructure and data center requirements.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is preferred.
