Job Title: Staff Accountant

What You Will Be Doing:

Preparing and reviewing financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, etc.)
Ensuring compliance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and other relevant regulations
Accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and tax compliance
Entering and paying bills, invoicing and issue POs
Credit card reconciliations - entering payments, reconciling, payment remittance
Maintaining accurate accounting records and financial data in real time
Work closely with the CFO and other executives to support financial decision-making
Coordinating with external CPA and Auditors
Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
Assisting with tax planning and tax preparation
Assist in NetSuite implementation (currently underway, should be completed in the next few months)

What You Need for this Position:

Bachelors degree in Accounting
3+ years in a senior accounting or financial management role
Experience in the Telecom industry highly desired
CPA a plus!
