Position Overview
The Bid Coordinator will be responsible for managing the bid preparation process for construction projects, ensuring all submissions are timely, comprehensive, and compliant with client specifications. This role involves collaboration with various teams to gather necessary information and prepare competitive bids that align with company goals.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage the bid preparation process for construction projects.
Collaborate with project managers, estimators, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information for bids.
Prepare and organize bid documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with client requirements.
Maintain a calendar of bid submission deadlines and ensure timely submissions.
Assist in the development of bid proposals, including pricing, schedules, and project details.
Conduct market research to inform bid strategies and identify competitive advantages.
Utilize Excel for data analysis and to create bid-related reports.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Bid Coordinator or in a similar administrative role.
Strong knowledge of bid preparation processes in the construction industry.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other office software.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
