Commercial PM/Estimator

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial PM/Estimator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading commercial projects from conception to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong project management skills and the ability to accurately estimate costs and resources for various projects, particularly in the construction and fencing sector.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage commercial projects from initiation to completion.
Prepare accurate cost estimates for projects, ensuring alignment with budget constraints.
Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and team members to ensure project success.
Utilize SalesForce for project management and tracking purposes.
Review project plans and specifications to identify and resolve any discrepancies.
Conduct site visits to assess project progress and address any issues that arise.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, risks, and changes.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, particularly with fencing projects.
Strong estimation skills and experience with cost analysis.
Familiarity with SalesForce or similar project management software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of Hercules Fence and Hercules High Security fencing systems is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
