Associate Patent Attorney - REMOTE

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Associate Patent Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. This remote position will focus on providing expert patent legal services, including drafting and filing patent applications, conducting legal research, and advising clients on intellectual property matters.

Key Responsibilities

Draft and file patent applications with relevant patent offices.
Conduct legal research to support patent prosecution and litigation cases.
Advise clients on intellectual property strategies and patent law compliance.
Perform due diligence and analyze patent portfolios for clients.
Consult with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored legal advice.
Assist in litigation processes related to patent disputes.
Stay updated on developments in patent law and regulations.
Manage case files and ensure timely communication with clients.

Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Admission to the bar in relevant jurisdiction.
Experience in intellectual property law, particularly patent law.
Strong legal research and writing skills.
Proficiency in drafting patent applications and responding to office actions.
Excellent client consultation and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with trademark law and regulatory compliance is a plus.
