Established (10+ Years) Denver Firm Seeking Associate for Corporate/M&A, Employment, or Complex Commercial Litigation
An established firm based with a strong reputation for client service and legal excellence is seeking an Associate in Denver, CO. The ideal person will have experience in Corporate/M&A, Employment Law, or Commercial litigation.
Offer:
Salary range between $110,000-$175,000 contingent on experience and billables
Hybrid schedule: 2-3 days onsite per week

Qualifications:
Juris Doctorate (JD) and active Colorado Bar membership (or eligibility for reciprocity)
2-5+ years of experience in Corporate/M&A, Employment Law, or Commercial litigation
Strong organizational and case management skills
Responsibilities:
Handling matters related to Corporate/M&A transactions, Employment Law disputes, or Commercial Litigation cases
Advising clients on compliance, contracts, and litigation strategy
Drafting legal documents, pleadings, and transactional agreements
Representing clients in negotiations, hearings, or court proceedings
Collaborating with partners on case strategy and execution
Meeting billable hour goals (1200-1750) while maintaining high standards of client service
