Manage highly Confidential and time-sensitive projects
Manage office calendar, arrange, and set up meetings with internal staff
Develop itineraries and agendas including airline flights/transportation and booking accommodations
Review correspondence and responding to inquiries
File, organize, banking- balancing personal checkbooks
Bank statement reconciliation
Assist with trademark registration
Correspond with attorneys, contractors, state authorities as needed
Review, prepare, and report legal documents such as contracts and other legal forms
May assist to manage Owner's personal bills and finances
Take on small projects assigned by the CEO
Act as a liaison between the property owner and tenants, assist tenants with rent, drafting notices, paying bills
Organize company events and meetings
Complete projects and assignments assigned by CEO
An ideal Candidate will have:
BA Degree Required
Professional verbal Communication and writing skills
Math accounting skills, AP and/or AR a PLUS
Must reside within a 45-minute drive
Ability to work 8am - 5pm onsite
