Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our engineering and R&D teams. This role will be pivotal in driving product development and enhancing our manufacturing capabilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing/tooling engineering and R&D, along with excellent collaboration skills to work closely with product management.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the engineering and R&D teams, fostering a culture of innovation and teamwork.
Oversee the development and implementation of engineering projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs.
Collaborate with product management to define product specifications and requirements.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives in manufacturing processes and tooling design.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in engineering and manufacturing.
Mentor and develop engineering staff, promoting professional growth and skill enhancement.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related field).
Proven experience in manufacturing/tooling engineering and R&D (5+ years preferred).
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset.
Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
