We're an established healthcare organization that delivers medical services throughout the US and Internationally. Currently, we have a team in Dallas, TX that is looking for a Data Analyst to support our revenue strategy and analytics department. This person will help ensure that our revenue teams have the most efficient and accurate data for generating a variety of reports and dashboards that'll be leverage by internal and external stakeholders.
This role is on-site Monday-Thursday and on Fridays, you can work from home.
Fully remote is not an option.

Gather business requirements to develop ad-hoc quieries/procedures and construct data models for reports and dashboards.
Compile revenue cycle data as well as accounting and financial data
Compile data relating to weekly dashboards, cash flow, pricing and profit
Translate end-user needs into logical data sourcing plans
Generate user friendly reports, analysis and data models
Work with database SQL queries, Star Schema, etc.
Leverage SSMS, T-SQL, MS Excel, power BI and PowerPoint
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field
3+ years of Business Intelligence experience
Financial operations and/or revenue cycle experience
Experience developing efficient data models from multiple data points
Strong T-SQL and SQL Service Management experience
Strong Excel (pivot tables, v look up, SUM, etc.)
General Power BI experience
General Star Schema Data modeling experience
Experience coding DAX measures/queries
Strong communication and collaboration experience
Proven experience presenting data to stakeholders
Ability to work on-site Monday-Thursday, consistently
