Requirements: 2+ Years' Experience in a role related to contract management / client compliance
We're an established and long-standing construction general contractor with offices in Delray Beach and West Palm Beach and have been in business for 40+ years.
As a privately held business, sitting at 150 employees, we're continuing to expand and currently hiring for a Compliance / Contract administrator to work in our Delray Beach location.

What You Will Be Doing
Oversea and review compliance items; including licenses, W-9's and certificates of insurance policies/endorsements
Responsible for ensuring proper tracking by Project Personnel of all compliance items within the Company's project management software
Review client / customer contracts to ensure they are aligned with company policies / procedures
