Role Overview:
As an ERP-Epicor Analyst, you will play a crucial role in enhancing business processes and efficiencies across multiple US sites. Utilizing your expertise in Epicor software and business analytics, you will lead projects to implement cutting-edge technological solutions. From managing ERP upgrades to ensuring data integrity and developing streamlined workflows, your contributions will drive operational excellence and support key applications in aerospace and defense.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of technological solutions to improve business processes.
- Manage ERP projects and drive process synergies across various locations.
- Ensure alignment of processes and procedures to uphold best practices.
- Take ownership of data quality and integrity, resolving discrepancies proactively.
- Develop and document business processes and workflows, supporting their implementation with ERP tools.
- Provide analytic support through dashboard creation, data analysis, and visualization.
- Troubleshoot issues and implement sustainable corrective actions.
- Maintain expertise in analytic tools and ERP systems to optimize system performance.
- Manage data requests and API connections for consistent information transfer.
- Contribute to various IT projects, ensuring alignment with facility goals.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in a computer-related field.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in ERP systems.
- Experience with ISO or AS9100 Quality Management Systems is advantageous.
- US person status as defined by ITAR regulations.
Core Competencies:
- Proficiency in Epicor software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to solve complex problems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively.
- Understanding of manufacturing and supply chain processes.
