Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Bilingual Attorney to join our team in Colorado. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in workers' compensation law and be fluent in both English and Spanish, allowing them to effectively represent and communicate with a diverse clientele. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our clients receive comprehensive legal support and representation.
Key Responsibilities
-Provide legal representation and advice to clients in workers compensation cases.
-Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, including pleadings and settlement agreements.
-Communicate effectively with clients, witnesses, and opposing counsel in both English and Spanish.
-Conduct legal research and stay updated on workers compensation laws and regulations in Colorado.
-Appear in court and administrative hearings on behalf of clients as needed.
-Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met.
Qualifications
-Fluency in both English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-3+ years of Colorado Workers' Compensation law or 5+ years in another state
-Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
-Ability to manage multiple cases and prioritize effectively.
